Dear Players, Parents, and Alumnae
Please participate in our 1st annual
fundraising sale for the West Chester Lacrosse League. Otis Spunkmeyer
gourmet pretzel kits.
We are asking that all families
participate in this sale by selling 10 items, or should you elect not to
participate in the sale, give a tax deductible donation of $50.00. By
selling or donating it is very important that you understand how essential
your participation plays in this campaign and why the need for funds is
imperative. We need 100% participation from all of our families.
The goal of the West Chester Lacrosse
Leagues (WCLL) fund raising activities is to help raise financial capital
for the installation of new artificial turf at Kelly Field. Our goal is to
raise $450,000. We will be working in conjunction with the other West
Chester Area Sports Associations (WCASA) leagues to develop a premium
athletic facility for years to come. In addition to the Pretzel sales we
will be conducting additional fund raising activities for both registered
lacrosse players and corporate sponsors in the local community. Your
participation is essential because it will allow WCLL and WCSA to secure
the necessary loans to begin construction and completion of the project for
the 2009 playing season and allow for all teams to play at Kelly field.
